Cancellation
For cancellation of one of our product(s) or service, please contact us at info@jajanan.nl or WhatsApp at +31 610 680 456 (chat only)The cancellation will not be accepted if the order have been processed or the notification is given in a very short notice. Else the customer is entitled to complete the full of payment.

 

Damages and issues
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately at info@jajanan.nl or WhatsApp at +31 610 680 456 (chat only). We will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. 


Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as food and beverage, customized products (catering service product, cake, cookie). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. However, if the item is defective or not as described, we will issue a full refund or replace the product upon receipt of the returned item.

 

Exchanges
Please note that returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from JAJANAN. If you purchased the product from other parties, please contact them for their return policy.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
